Empowering the Next Generation with Education and Mentorship

At Envoy Specialty™, we believe education is the cornerstone of every successful career. That’s why we dedicate much of our community outreach to educational programs, with a special focus on the Developmental School for Youth (DSY)—a program under the All Stars Project.

The DSY provides inner-city teenagers with the tools, education, and mentorship they need to access corporate opportunities they might otherwise find out of reach. Our team proudly supports the DSY by:

Assisting with resume writing to help teens present their best selves professionally.
Teaching public speaking to build confidence and communication skills.
Conducting mock interviews to prepare them for real-world opportunities.
Participating in teen workshops that foster personal and professional growth.
Providing mentorship to help these driven young individuals achieve their goals.
